CMCNB Board Bylaw Election
At the January meeting the Board of Directors adopted several minor changes to the CMCNB bylaws. These include referencing our new DBA name (doing business as) Community Media Center of the North Bay and redefining our regional service area as "Sonoma County and neighboring counties." As CMCNB continues its plan to become a regional center the board also recommended several important changes to the terms and number of directors that need to go to you, our active members, for a vote of approval. As announced at the Annual Meeting on May 26, 2011, the results of the election passed the bylaws change. Summary
